OUR STORY
My passion for baking began as a young child, baking my first cake in a small sauce pan using Jiffy cake mix for my 7th grade class. I sold the cake at 7 cents a slice. From that point on I knew baking will be part of my life. After joining the United States Air Force and entering the corporate world I was able to rejuvenate my passion for baking by baking cakes, cookies and pastries for my co-workers. Upon leaving the corporate world I entered Culinary School to sharpen and perfect my baking skills. Now I bring to you my pastries and cookies to taste and enjoy for it's all about the taste.
